At CH3 – a division of Utpatti Foundation, we are committed to uplifting underprivileged and underserved communities by making preventive healthcare, awareness, and wellness accessible to all. Our social initiatives aim to bridge the gap between healthcare needs and access, especially for low-income families, senior citizens, and vulnerable groups.

🌍 Our Key Social Programs

1. Free Health Camps in Slums & Villages

We regularly organize free medical check-up camps for BP, diabetes, vision, and general health in underserved areas. These camps offer consultations, basic medication, and referral services.

2. Community Health Awareness Drives

Through street plays, health talks, posters, and group discussions, we educate communities about hygiene, nutrition, mental health, lifestyle diseases, and early detection of illnesses.

3. Wellness Support for Women & Children

Special focus is given to maternal care, menstrual hygiene awareness, child nutrition, and vaccination awareness through sessions conducted in schools and community centers.

4. Elderly Care Support

We organize senior citizen wellness programs, including yoga, physiotherapy guidance, mental wellness sessions, and regular health screenings to help them age with dignity.

5. Disaster & Emergency Medical Aid

During times of natural disasters, pandemics, or local crises, we step in with rapid response teams, distributing medicines, hygiene kits, and conducting emergency health camps.
